Lactose Intolerance Symptoms And Dairy Alternatives (Includes Recipe)

This recipe for homemade Coconut Almond Milk is delicious, nutritious, and very good for you! If you’re cutting out dairy, this homemade and easy milk is perfect for you.

I used dates in mine for a natural sweetener, but you can use raisins or Stevia. Plain almond milk in my opinion tastes like regular cow’s milk. If you’re looking for an option that’s practically indistinguishable in taste, almond milk is perfect.

Homemade Coconut Almond Milk Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 can whole coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates or raisins or 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Place ingredients in blend and mix for 1 minute.
  2. Put in refrigerator.

Enjoy chilled.
