Next time you wake up bloated, don’t freak out! Go ahead and make a blender full of this incredible smoothie and you’ll be happy and bloat-free fast! Nothing else I have tried has worked as well and the best part is, it doesn’t have any of the ingredients other smoothie recipes have to get rid of bloating such as ginger and green tea which I am not partial to.
This Is The Recipe I Use To Get Rid Of Bloating:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 7 or 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of fresh organic pineapple
- 1/2 a cup of fresh organic raspberries
- handful of ice
- Put all of the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and drink immediately
